#MASI: Fred Aldous Illustration appears in The Drum

Fred Aldous Illustration appears in The Drum

The Fred Aldous image that I created for the Manchester and Salford Illustrated (#MASI) exhibition has been featured in the latest issue of The Drum (Issue #21 – 28 Oct 2011).

The mini bio that accompanied it also mentions my previous work with Country Holidays for Inner City Kids and Manchester Girl Geeks.

The Drum is a trade magazine that reports on news related to the media and marketing industries. It’s great to see that they’ve provided coverage of this Wood Street Mission fundraising exhibition.

All the illustrations on display are available for purchase as limited edition prints at £25 each. Every penny raised will go directly to helping families in the local area who are faced with poverty.

Coincidentally, the price of each print is also the cost of sponsoring a child for a year. It’s not a huge amount of money but it does go a long way.

The Manchester and Salford Illustrated exhibition is on now until 11 November, at 52 Princess Street, Manchester.
